What's your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are in unused and original condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchange on FINAL SALE items.

Please contact us at luna@lunajwl.com for Return Authorization and prepaid Canada Post shipping label. You will not be charge for return shipping.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It can take up to additional 3-5 business days for funds to be credited on your account.

-The order number and the shipping address

-Photos of the defective or damaged item

-Description of how the product arrived (damaged box)

-The moment you noticed the damage (at arrival, the following day, etc)
