We ship to Canada and United States. If you would like your jewelry to be shipped to a different country, please contact us at luna@lunajwl.com

Where does we ship from?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post with the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Shipping costs

-Free shipping to Canada Standard (3-5 Business Days) 

(Jewelry pouch + jewelry box) on orders over $40 

-Free shipping to US on orders over $40.

Standard (4-6 Business Days) (Jewelry pouch + jewelry box)

For orders below $40, shipping will cost CAD$7.90 

All orders going to US includes jewelry gift box

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

- Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

- Orders are usually delivered within 7 business days once shipped. See checkout for shipping options and delivery time.

I haven't received my package yet.

Kindly note that tracking is not provided in Economy Shipping or Air shipping to US. It might take few days for you to receive it.

If you haven't received it, we are happy to assist you filling a lost package claim.

- We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address on your order. Should your order be returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once has been delivered by courier. Also, Luna Jewelry is not responsible for any shipments delays caused by custom clearance, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

Will I be charged duties and taxes? 

For Canada, all duties are included. Taxes will be charged on check out according to the province at shipping address.

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
